Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)
The Office of Economic & Workforce Development is currently accepting applications from training providers for nomination to the State Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). As of July 1, 2000, all California training providers must be on the ETPL in order to receive Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds for training services provided to adults and dislocated workers. This comprehensive database will be used to collect and display information on training providers, their services, and the quality of their programs. Only providers and programs that meet specified criteria will be listed on the ETPL and will be eligible to receive funding through WIA. The State, in partnership with local Workforce Investment Board for San Francisco (WISF), which oversees and directs local WIA activities, will develop and maintain the ETPL.
Training providers interested in applying for ETPL eligibility must complete and submit the Training Provider Application, the Training Program Application and the ETPL Provider Recordkeeping Agreement. Providers must submit a separate Training Program Application form for each unique training program they offer in order to have each program listed on the ETPL. Any supportive documentation indicated in the Line Item Instructions and the ETPL Required Documents Checklist must also be included.
ETPL applications for training providers wishing to provide services in San Francisco must be submitted through the Office of Economic & Workforce Development. Mail or deliver completed applications to:
