FILLMORE
The Fillmore CBD was formed in 2006 with the goal of bringing together property owners, businesses and residents to enhance the Fillmore Jazz mixed-use district. Activities include ongoing cleaning, streetscape and sidewalk maintenance and marketing services, benefiting 303 properties in the district.
